UPDATE (09/08/08 - 9 weeks 5 days)

Just posted a new belly pic from tonight - 9 weeks and 5 days along.  You can definitely start to see all of the bruising from my daily lovenox shots.  I promise it looks worse than it feels.  Overall, I'm feeling OK these days.   The nausea has started to subside a little bit (woohoo!).  I wore one of my old (i.e. non pregger) work skirts today.  It was very snug and not a bit comfortable.  I'm surprised it didn't split up the back!  Only 2 weeks and 2 days until the end of the first trimester!  It goes by so fast!  I'm so excited for this little guy/girl to get big enough to give me a little kick.  :)
